Because our products are perishable, some restrictions apply. Here’s what you need to know before placing an order.
Unfortunately, due to the perishable nature of fresh flowers, we cannot accept returns once a bouquet has been delivered.
If your bouquet arrives in poor condition, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with photos, and we’ll arrange a replacement or refund.
If we send the wrong bouquet or item, we’ll either redeliver the correct order or issue a full refund.
Yes, cancellations can be made up to 24 hours before the scheduled delivery date. After that time, we may have already prepared your order and cannot guarantee cancellation.
No. Substitutions may be made when specific flowers are unavailable, but we always ensure the overall design and value remain equal or greater.
Every Mia Flora bouquet is carefully prepared and hand-packed to ensure freshness and beauty. If something isn’t right, we’ll make it right.
When and how refunds are processed.
Refunds are issued if flowers arrive damaged, incorrect, or not delivered as promised.
Simply email us at info@miafloraflowers.co.uk with your order number and photos (if applicable).
Refunds are typically processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.
In some cases (e.g., minor substitutions), we may issue a partial refund or discount code for future orders.
Cases where refunds or cancellations may not apply.
Late Claims
Claims made more than 48 hours after delivery cannot be refunded or replaced, as flower freshness can’t be verified.
Incorrect Delivery Information
If incorrect address details are provided, refunds cannot be issued if the courier cannot deliver.
Customer Unavailability
If no one is available to receive the flowers and they are left in a safe place, refunds will not be issued.
Custom/Bespoke Orders
Refunds are not available for personalised or custom-made arrangements unless damaged or faulty.
